Assistant Store Manager  @  Jiffy Lube  /  2018 to 2021, 2023 to Present day

At Jiffy Lube, I’ve learned lots of great leadership skills such as time management, interviewing skills, team development, inventory management, how to deal with customers to the full extent needed, and many other crucial skills needed to become a good leader. I have had the opportunity to manage and work with lots of different crews among different Jiffy Lube stores across the Salt Lake Valley. Over my years with the company I have helped coach and build employees to their current position, of which the employees I helped hire and train are now also Assistant Managers or General Store Managers.

Process Assistant  @  Amazon Fulfilment Center  /  2021 to 2022

The Process Assistant position is a tier 3 position which is right under an Area Manager. In my case as a Process Assistant, I was given the task of managing & running a whole department on my own, which had its own scheduled shipments, statistics, and labor hours to be analyzed, fulfilled, and processed. When a roadblock came into play with another facility, I was able to bring both facilities to a resolution and create a new policy & procedure for the department that would be implemented in all other facilities in the country within the same department. This makes me proud to have made a big change for a Fortune 500 company that is normally in the top 10 on the Fortune 100 list. Ranking #2 for 2022.

Direct Support Professional  @  Danville Services Corporation.  /  2023 to 2023

At Danville Services, I was taking direct in-home care for clients with autism and other disabilities. This came with lots of tough situations and definitely was a step into something I’ve never done before but, it gave me good experience in a field I would’ve known nothing about otherwise. It also came with much more work than I expected and allowed me to work hard at giving great care to people that deserved it. There were many enjoyable times and great meals that we made for the clients & the staff.

Diploma  @  Copper Hills High School  /  2017 to 2021

In high school I enjoyed taking inventive classes such as Computer Programming, Video Production, Digital Media, Creative Writing, Drawing, Woodworking, and Guitar.

Web Development Certificate Program  @  Salt Lake Community College  /  1/2023 to 12/2023

In this certificate course we learned all the necessary code languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript. We also learned about necessary skills like Photoshop & project management. We were also taught the importance of prototyping and rough drafting; along with the opportunity to make a main website throughout the course duration as well as a 2nd site to be tested with a time frame for good practice.
